Services How long will it take?
The key stages of dealing with documents requiring notarisation include (but are not limited to)
1. Meeting with you and verifying identity
2. Going through your documents with you and checking that you are fully aware of the nature and effect of the document
3. Carrying out any checks with third parties/organisations I may need to make that you are authorised to sign the document and/or that the document is genuine
4. Establishing any requirements for legalisation (see "Legalisation Services" page) and arranging legalisation of your documents
As some of the above steps involve the input of third parties it is not possible to provide an accurate timescale but I will endeavor to give you as good an estimate as I can.
How much will it cost?
Costs can vary according to a number of factors. The most common of these are:
1.the nature of the document
2. the number of documents needing to be notarised
3. the number of copies of each document required
4. the country for which the document is required
5. the capacity of the individual presenting/signing the documents (e.g. private individual, company director, trustee, etc)
6. how many individuals are signing the documents
7. the legalisation requirements of the country in question
